Had a fantastic stay for three nights with a super comfy bed and a nice clean room. The sauna and leisure room were great for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the elevators weren't always reliable, but it didn’t ruin the experience at all! 😊

Couple looking for comfort and value

Had an awesome experience! The hotel staff were genuinely nice and always ready to help. I got a free welcome drink upon arrival, and the room was bigger than I thought, very clean and well designed.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

The location is superb, right beside the chocolate museum and the Rhine River, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, featuring a powerful shower and a comfortable bed. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and accommodating. However, the lack of reserved parking can be an issue during peak times, and the temperature control in the room was inconsistent. Additionally, having to collect housekeeping vouchers instead of daily service was a bit strange.
